Group has a dedicated Claims manager available
to you Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
EST. To reach our Claims manager, please
call our office at (678) 726-1000.
You have two options to report
urgent after business hours claims:
- If your claim is urgent
and occurs after business hours, you may report your claim directly to your Insurance Company.
The following is an
Insurance Company Claim Reporting Directory.
If you notify the carrier directly, please
notify us as soon as possible so we can set up a file and monitor your claim.
-OR-
- If you do not see your insurance company on the list and
you have an urgent claim after our
normal business hours, you may call our office and dial extension
307 for the
after hours claims mailbox. Our Claims
manager will check this mailbox once per day
during the weekends and during holiday
closures.
Claims Reporting
Tips
In reporting
your loss to your insurance carrier, please be
prepared to provide the following information:
- Your Full Name
or the Business Name
- The phone numbers where a Claims Adjuster can contact you
- The date of loss (date when damage first occurred)
- The location of the property & scope of damage
