and are committed to providing effective, timely
and courteous claims assistance when you have

is carried out on two fronts. One is by dedicating
a full time staff to concentrate solely on providing
claims assistance to our clients. Secondly, we
strive to educate our clients on the claims process
before a claim occurs.

many insureds, the claim process can be aggravating
and frustrating. We recognize that all too often,
the claims process presents unexpected SURPRISES.
Losses that are not typically covered by standard
insurance policies or coverage that must be purchased
separately, are common causes of frustration when
a claim is filed. Likewise, dealing with the other
parties, who are involved in an incident, as well
as their insurance company, can be a major source
of frustration and stress.
