Whether
it is a health insurance plan or a retirement plan, we
focus on the seven major areas of a comprehensive employee benefits strategy:
 |
- Working with the Employer to identify their goals and needs.
- Identifying the Employees collective needs and expectations.
- Evaluating the current Benefit Plans and how they relate to the expectations, usage and Industry standards.
- Claim
Utilization, Asset Allocations and the area
of need and abuse.
- Funding
Vehicle, Investment Managers and what is the
best method to maximize the funds available.
- Insurance
Carriers and Plan Administrators who are chosen
to carry out the objectives.
- Administration
of the plans and Education of the employee.

Each
area is evaluated thoroughly before any marketing, changes or disruption occurs. This evaluation goes through all
aspects of the benefit plan from the areas' perspective.
Only through proper evaluation can we begin to help
the Employer establish goals, define problems and plan
for the future. Once each of the areas is thoroughly
evaluated and discussed, objectives and goals are defined.
An action plan is then formed and a timetable established.
Rather
than anticipating what each employer desires, we listen,
ask questions and help that employer find the right
combination to meet their unique goals and situations.
Periodic reviews are performed to ensure the action
plan has been accomplished and the goals are being met.
This process occurs annually to keep the plan and the
employer's objectives always fresh and on target.
