most Employee Benefits Brokers, service is an afterthought
or inconvenience that is only handled when a problem
arises. For The A.I. Group, Inc., service is the number
one priority at all times. We employ a knowledgable staff
that is customer oriented.
To
ensure superb customer service, The A.I. Group,
Inc. performs the following items:
- Every
call is logged to ensure every issue we receive is
handled accordingly,
- Routine
Service calls to each client every 4-6 weeks,
- For
all service issues a service log is started and not
closed until resolved.
- Clients
receive a Point of Contact sheet,
showing the Producer, the lead Account Executive,
the Client Manager, and the Administrative Assistant
assigned to them.
- Each
Account Executive has a backup Account Executive who assists your dedicated AE with day-to-day issues or in the event your AE is away from the office.
