Our Claims Reconciliation Analyst has developed a detailed process to ensure each claim issue received is properly recorded and resolved.
All claim problems communicated to The A.I. Group, Inc. are logged. We gather any information relating to the claim to ensure that it was processed correctly. We monitor various carriers to ensure that their claims processing department is up to par.

To provide well-rounded claims reconciliation service, The A.I. Group performs the following:
