The A.I. Group Inc. believes the renewal process is one of the most important steps in developing and maintaining a comprehensive employee benefits program. We have developed a succesful renewal process to ensure your ever-changing needs are met with each plan renewal. Below is a summary of our process:

  • Each client is contacted prior to their renewal to discuss the current program, changes and renewal process.

  • A renewal strategy is developed regarding any benefit design changes, anticipated rate changes, and changes with the carrier or the industry.

  • Prior to the effective datel, the marketing results are combined with the renewal in a presentation format for client review.

  • Implementation of any plan changes is begun with ample time and in advance of the effective date.

  • The service team presents the plan to the employees and assists in the enrollment and education of the new or revised plan.

  • By the effective date, ID cards have arrived to all plan participants.

  • Renewal process allows for a timely, non-rushed, decision making process.

  • At the six month mark, the pre renewal process begins. Any potential new benefits are discussed so the renewal can be handled with the proper amount of attention and any ancillary benefits being introduced do not cloud the picture.

Each step in the renewal process is handled in an unhurried, professional and thorough manner.
